Project Manager – Civil and Industrial Construction

Goldbach Construct, a leading construction company within the Goldbach Group, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee civil and industrial construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery, ensuring all projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets.

• Oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
• Ensure project deliverables align with client expectations and regulatory standards.
• Implement and maintain quality control and assurance processes.
• Promote and integrate sustainability and ESG principles into all project phases.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing civil and industrial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management methodologies, and safety standards.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office Suite.
• Fluency in Romanian and English.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or similar are a plus.
