Architect – Civil and Industrial Design

Goldbach Design & Build, a key player in architectural design and urban planning within the Goldbach Group, is looking for a talented and innovative Architect to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse civil and industrial construction projects, contributing to the design and development of high-quality, sustainable, and functional spaces.

• Develop architectural designs and detailed drawings for civil, industrial, and commercial construction projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and budgets.
• Create conceptual designs, 3D models, and technical documentation using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project specifications.
• Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Integrate sustainability and ESG principles into design projects, focusing on energy efficiency, environmental impact, and innovative building solutions.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
• Conduct site visits and provide technical support during the construction phase to ensure design accuracy and quality control.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in civil and industrial construction projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of local building codes, construction standards, and sustainability practices.
• Fluency in Romanian and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Membership in the Romanian Order of Architects (OAR) is an advantage.
