Goldbach Construct, a leading construction company within the Goldbach Group, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Construction Engineer to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to large-scale civil and industrial construction projects, ensuring technical excellence, quality control, and efficient project execution.

• Oversee and manage the technical aspects of civil and industrial construction projects, ensuring compliance with designs, specifications, and standards.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, including drawings, calculations, and project plans.
• Coordinate with architects, project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progression.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical solutions for on-site challenges.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficient utilization and adherence to schedules.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the construction process.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Integrate sustainability and ESG principles into construction processes, promoting environmentally responsible and socially beneficial practices.
• Prepare project reports and documentation, including progress updates and technical assessments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil or industrial construction engineering roles.
• Proficiency in construction software such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, and MS Project.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Fluency in Romanian and English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Certified by the Romanian Order of Engineers (ORC) is a plus.
