The Balș project in Olt County was successfully completed, covering 24,000 m² of land with an authorized built area of 5,500 m² for a large food retailer and a non-food gallery, creating 100 jobs. The project included the preparation of the Technical Project (PTh) for the food retailer, along with technical assistance during execution. Additionally, Goldbach Development provided support in obtaining ISU Authorization and Operating Permits, ensuring compliance and smooth project completion.

The Caracal project in Olt County was successfully completed, covering 35,000 m² of land with an authorized built area of 5,500 m² for a large food retailer and a non-food gallery, creating 110 jobs. The project involved securing permits for the roundabout, authorizing electric, water, and sewerage connections, and preparing the Technical Project (PTh) for the food retailer.

The Constanța project was successfully completed, covering 18,000 m² of land with an authorized built area of 6,850 m², and a total developed area of 13,850 m², including circulation areas and green spaces for a large food retailer, creating 30 jobs. Goldbach Development managed the preparation and acquisition of building permits (AC), approvals for electric, water, and sewerage connections, and PTh preparation for the food retailer.

The Giurgiu project was successfully completed, covering 25,500 m² of land, with an authorized built area of 5,500 m² for a large food retailer and 6,000 m² for the commercial gallery, creating 60 jobs.

The Târgoviște project in Dâmbovița County was successfully completed, covering 26,000 m² of land with an authorized built area of 5,500 m² for a large food retailer, creating 110 jobs. The project involved the preparation of the Technical Project (PTh) for the food retailer, along with technical assistance during execution.

The Turnu Măgurele project in Teleorman County was successfully completed, covering 44,130 m² of land with an authorized built area of 14,000 m² for two large food retailers and a non-food gallery, creating 140 jobs. The project involved obtaining building permits (AC), authorizing site access solutions, and securing approvals for electric, water, and sewerage connections. Goldbach Development also prepared the Technical Project (PTh) for all commercial spaces, provided technical assistance during execution, and supported the acquisition of ISU Authorization and Operating Permits, ensuring compliance and operational readiness.

The Urziceni project in Ialomița County was successfully completed, covering 20,000 m² of land with an authorized built area of 5,460 m² for a large food retailer, creating 100 jobs. The project included the preparation of the Technical Project (PTh) for the food retailer, along with technical assistance during execution. Goldbach Development also provided support in obtaining ISU Authorization and Operating Permits, ensuring full compliance and operational readiness.

The Brăila project was successfully completed, covering 6,100 m² of land with an authorized built area of 1,500 m² for a large food retailer, creating 15 jobs. Goldbach Development managed the preparation and acquisition of building permits (AC), approvals for electric, water, and sewerage connections, and PTh preparation for the large food retailer.

The Pitești project was successfully completed, covering 42,500 m² of land, with an authorized built area of 5,550 m² for a large food retailer, 6,650 m² for the commercial gallery, and 9,750 m² for a large non-food gallery, creating 110 jobs.
