The Correctional – Reintegration Program Evaluation project, implemented by SMART Integration SRL and CIVITTA Strategy & Consulting, was carried out for the National Administration of Penitentiaries between July 2022 and April 2024, with a budget of 1,178,000 RON (530,100 RON for SMART Integration). This technical assistance project focused on evaluating and improving educational, psychological, and social reintegration programs within the penitentiary system to enhance rehabilitation outcomes and support successful reintegration into society.
