Goldbach Development managed land acquisition, due diligence, and HCL PUZ approvals, along with obtaining construction and roundabout permits. The company also prepared the PTh for a large food retailer in collaboration with Goldbach Design & Build, supporting commercial growth and infrastructure development in the area.

The Turnu Măgurele project in Teleorman County was successfully completed, covering 43,000 m² of land with an authorized built area of 14,000 m² for two large food retailers and a non-food gallery, creating 140 jobs. Goldbach Development managed land acquisition, due diligence, PUZ approvals, and permits, including the demolition of 7,000 m² of existing buildings. The company also prepared the PTh for the food retailers in collaboration with Goldbach Design & Build, contributing to sustainable commercial expansion in the region.

The Hațeg project was successfully completed, covering 29,000 m² of land with an authorized built area of 7,800 m², including circulation areas and green spaces for a large food retailer, creating 30 jobs. The project involved land identification, acquisition, and due diligence, securing HCL PUZ approvals, and obtaining permits for a 450-meter water pipeline diversion (€1.1 million cost) and a roundabout.

The Târgoviște project in Dâmbovița County was successfully completed, covering 26,000 m² of land with an authorized built area of 5,500 m² for a large food retailer, creating 110 jobs. Goldbach Development handled land acquisition, due diligence, and HCL PUZ approvals, along with obtaining demolition and construction permits.

The Urziceni project in Ialomița County was successfully completed, covering 20,000 m² of land with an authorized built area of 5,460 m² for a large food retailer, creating 100 jobs. Goldbach Development managed land acquisition, due diligence, and HCL PUZ approvals, including the demolition of 3,000 m² of existing buildings.
