The Caracal project in Olt County was successfully completed, covering 35,000 m² of land with an authorized built area of 5,500 m² for a large food retailer and a non-food gallery, creating 80 jobs. Goldbach Development managed land acquisition, due diligence, and Local Council Decision for Zonal Urban Plan approvals, along with obtaining construction and roundabout permits. The company also prepared the technical execution project for the large food retailer in collaboration with Goldbach Design & Build, supporting commercial growth and infrastructure development in the area.
The Balș project in Olt County was successfully completed, covering 24,000 m² of land with an authorized built area of 5,500 m² for a large food retailer and a non-food gallery, creating 100 jobs. Goldbach Development handled land acquisition, due diligence, and permit approvals, including the demolition of 10,000 m² of existing buildings.
The Brașov project was successfully completed, covering 22,000 m² for a large food retailer and 14,500 m² for Brașov Retail Park, with an authorized built area of 6,250 m² for the large food retailer and 5,600 m² for the retail park, creating 110 jobs.
