The Aurora Retail Park Bacău project was successfully completed in May 2026, representing one of the most significant commercial developments in the city of Bacău. The investment was developed on a 33,378.00 sqm site, with a total authorized built-up area of 11,634.89 sqm, designed to accommodate a modern retail park.

Project Overview

Located on Narciselor Street in Bacău, Aurora Retail Park is a modern commercial development designed to meet current retail market demands while contributing to the city’s economic growth.

The development integrates a retail gallery hosting a diverse mix of commercial operators. The project was designed to provide functionality, accessibility, and a complete shopping experience for visitors.

The investment generated approximately 312 new jobs, contributing to local economic development and strengthening the commercial infrastructure of the area.

Goldbach Design & Build provided the complete general design, technical coordination, and permitting services, while Goldbach Construct was responsible for the execution of the construction works.

Throughout the implementation phase, the Goldbach team coordinated both the design and construction processes, providing continuous technical assistance, support in obtaining the Fire Safety Authorization, and assistance throughout the operational permitting process, ensuring full compliance with all applicable legal and technical requirements.
