Goldbach Group opened the LIDL Berceni store in March this year, part of the 10th retail park within the K2 network. This is the first LIDL store in the portfolio of K2 Retail Properties, a Goldbach Group company, and also the first project where the group was involved not only in the ready-to-build stage but also throughout the construction phase.

With a surface area of 2,369 sqm, LIDL Berceni is built on a 10,002 square meters plot and will be included in the future K2 Berceni retail park, which will also host a non-food retail gallery of approximately 5,000 square meters.

The LIDL Berceni project was carried out through a collaboration between K2 Retail Properties, Goldbach Design & Build, which managed the technical design and coordination process, and Goldbach Construct, the company responsible for executing the construction works. The result is a modern, energy-efficient retail space that provides local residents with quick access to a wide range of everyday products.

The area where LIDL Berceni was built also includes a 109-space parking lot, pedestrian walkways, green spaces, as well as integrated solutions for access and utilities networks.
